Boe provides leadership in the charge of organizing and streamlining the process with which data is collected, analyzed, shared, utilized, protected, cleaned, and stored; all while maintaining efficiency and saving the company from inaccurate data handling. Boe has an extensive background in client and consultant side human capital work and an analytical guru. He began his career working in Presentation Centers in Investment Banking and has covered HR in most industry’s including Government Contracting.

He has built out dashboards, scorecards, forecasts and more for FTE TA and CW. He built the Operations team at an MSP and the Implementation and Data Integration team at a major government contractor.
